Transactions performed at Smart Financial Credit Union owned ATM's are free of charge. An ATM Foreign Transaction Fee of $2.00 is assessed for any ATM transaction performed at an ATM that is not owned by Smart Financial Credit Union. There may also be a terminal fee charged by the ATM owner.

What is Discretionary Overdraft Privilege?
Discretionary overdraft privilege is a program offered for qualifying checking accounts. It allows items to clear your account, as opposed to being returned or rejected, up to $700. A $30 non-sufficient funds (NSF) fee is charged per item. Please be aware that you may be charged a $30 fee if your ATM withdrawal exceeds your discretionary overdraft.
