Overdraft Protection is available to qualified applicants via a line of credit attached to the member's CAP Checking Account, which helps establish credit slowly and safely and keeps the student from bouncing checks!***

*A $25 minimum deposit is required to open.  CAP checking account will automatically be converted to a free or interest-bearing checking account on the month following the student's expected graduation date.

^**ATM transactions performed at ATM's not owned by Smart Financial may be subject to a surcharge fee assessed by the owner/operator.  Smart Financial will reimburse up to (4) foreign surcharge fees at a maximum of $2.50 each per month.  Reimbursement requests must be submitted once monthly via the CAP link on the Smart Financial Web Site and must be received no later than the last business day of the month in which the surcharge fee was assessed.
