Holiday Club Account
Holiday Club Accounts are interest bearing savings accounts designed to help you save for the holiday season. Your Holiday Club Account balance is paid to you on November 1st of each year. When you open your Holiday Club Account you may instruct us to (a) deposit the balance in the account to your Share (Savings) Account on November 1st, (b) deposit the balance in the account to your Checking Account on November 1st, or (c) retain the balance in your Holiday Club Account. A fee will be assessed for each withdrawal you make from your Holiday Club Account between February 28 and October 31st, however, within the first six days after account opening, you may make withdrawals without restriction and without a fee or penalty being assessed. Fees and minimum balance requirements which apply to this account are set forth in your Truth-In-Savings Rate and Fee schedules.

Vacation Club Account
Vacation Club Accounts are interest bearing savings accounts designed to help you save for your summer vacations. Your Vacation Club Account is paid to you on May 1st of each year. When you open your Vacation Club Account you may instruct us to (a) deposit the balance in the account to your Share (Savings) Account on May 1st, (b) deposit the balance in the account to your Checking Account on May 1st, or (c) retain the balance in your Vacation Club Account. A fee will be assessed for each withdrawal you make from your Vacation Club Account between August 31st and April 30th, however, within the first six days after account opening, you may make withdrawals without restriction and without a fee or penalty being assessed. Fees and minimum balance requirements which apply to this account are set forth in your Truth-In-Savings Rate and Fee schedules.
