You may skip up to 2 payments on your qualifying Smart Financial auto or personal loan(s) between now and October 31. During this time, we are waiving the $25 fee for each skipped loan. Q I can't get to an open branch and I need to make a deposit, pay a loan, or transfer funds. What can I do?
A You can access account information 24/7 online, make loan payments or transfer funds using Virtual Branch and our mobile app or by calling SmartLine at 713.850.1254 or 800.537.7133 for automated account information. You can also make check deposits using the mobile deposit feature on our mobile app.
